This website is operated by Optic Blaze Media Pty(Ltd) T/A Kitchen Goodies (hereafter Kitchen Goodies). Since our products are made to order we need to first manufacture the item before we can ship it.

We make use of a select group of manufacturers to produce the merchandise on our behalf.

Order typically takes 5-7 business days to manufacture and then 2-3 business days to ship out and deliver. As soon as the item is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number for your order.
